You’re working on a task with a new client. It’s only short term and you want to make a good impression. The rest of the team are all established, including chef, drivers etc. In these group discussions we talk a lot about the importance of building relationships across the household staff, especially key individuals such as drivers and butlers. But when you’re out on a road move you quickly become aware that the driver’s vehicle handling and decision making are well below the standard you’re used to. Your assessment is that their driving could endanger the principal. However, you’re the new guy/girl and they’ve been on the team for several years. How do you handle the situation? Do you address it and stick to your belief that it’s a danger to the principal. Or do you overlook it and bite your lip because they’ve been on the team a while? #askthenetwork #driving #securitydriving
