Are you fit 'enough'? What does that even mean? I enjoyed this week's Circuit Magazine Podcast with Levar Adams and I wanted to ask the community how you evaluate your fitness and how you find out fitness skills gaps you might have? I sense it is very subjective and difficult to calculate? - there is a reason behind my question! I am developing a fitness skills panel as part of our April 29th Circuit Magazine forum and I want to augment the questions!
