Hi All I am reaching out for help from the network. As part of my CPD I embarked on an MBA program via Minerva Elite and Cardiff Metropolitan University. I am currently gathering data as part of my dissertation subject - “A critical evaluation of stress management strategies implemented by security industry organisations within the UK” The study will explore and evaluate the different stress management strategies that have been implemented by security organisations in the UK.
