I’m pleased to report that the problem some of you were encountering when trying to access your member benefits in the app has now been resolved. If you have automatic updates enabled on your device, the app should update over the next 24hrs. If you don’t have auto update switched on, or if you want to push the new update through immediately, then go to your App Store app, go to app updates, find the BBA Connect app and hit ‘update’. And normal service will be resumed. Thanks for your patience.
