When asked, "What do you want?” how do you respond? “I don’t want my business to fail” “I don’t want to be stuck in this job” “I don’t want to work for other people” By fixing your thoughts on what you want to avoid, you're essentially stuck in the present without a clear path forward. Stop thinking in negative terms start thinking in positive terms. “You’ve told me what you DON’T want. Now tell me what you DO want?” - What strategies or approaches have you not yet explored? - What resources or support do you require to tackle this issue? - Are there additional actions you could take to overcome this challenge? - What kind of person do you need to become to break through this barrier? - Is there a time from your past when you successfully overcame a similar challenge?
