Hello, my name is Evan, I’ve recently obtained my level 3 CP licence from AARTIC in South Wales. I’ve never works in an SIA capacity however have done 9 years in secure services (Mental Health) I currently work as a CSO for Gwent Police. Ideally looking for a RST role to get my barons in the industry. I’m also doing an FREC3 course at the end of the month and going through an FM course right now. Any help would be massively appreciated. Thank you
