Hello everyone, My name is Elvir Malkoč and I come from Croatia. A highly self motivated, confident and experienced Maritime Security Officer and Close Protection Operator with wide ranging hostile environment operational experience from six years of service in a domestic war in Croatia and Bosnia & Herzegovina with Croatian special forces, and 24 years of service in the Croatian army, conducting two operational tours, one of Afghanistan (ISAF mission) and one of Syria (UNDOF mission), currently employed as a MSO TL. A strong and proactive team player, I can also work alone when required and always within Health and Safety guidelines. I am seeking to further my career in MSO and CP roles in any global location, having no domestic issues.
