Physical Penetration Test – Manchester Olchon & Associates Ltd (Olchon) is delivering a 5-person Physical Penetration Test in Manchester on 9 April 2026. We are looking for two-operators (ONE male and ONE female) who are detailed-oriented professionals, with good communication skills, preferably with some physical penetration test experience, but must be able to conduct: · A basic pre-test online search of the client site/client employees – no online social engineering. Result to be shared on a WhatsApp group with the team. · Hostile Reconnaissance – on the day, and reporting back to the management team on the security posture of the site · Social Engineering – on the day with security officers and FoH · Unauthorised access attempts and egress is successful · Suspicious packages, unattended bags and assessing the security team reaction What’s involved? · 1 day only (including the pre-test search – approx. 30 mins) · Assessing physical security measures of the client site · Identifying potential vulnerabilities in real-world environments · Simulating realistic intrusion scenarios · Delivering actionable observations and recommendations to improve security Who should apply? · Security professionals with physical testing experience · Sole traders – individuals who work under a company name as a sole trader · Preferably Manchester or North of England based (there is no travel or accommodation budget) · Individuals with strong observational and problem-solving skills Who should not apply? · Companies who will sub-contract the work · Representatives from companies who would want to supply their own workforce · HR or Recruitment companies Daily Rate/Timings? A reasonable daily rate of £250.00+ is to be negotiated. Approx 0830-1630. A light-lunch and refreshments will be supplied.
