Is working directly for an UHNWI a bigger challenge than for a corporate? Following on from the family office theme of this week's podcast I am still curious about the allure of the Royal Court / family office as a career path... Is it that if you are not in that world it looks mysterious and attractive or is it just difficult until you are in that world? Working directly for an UHNWI versus selling a service to a family office are obv different, I just want to better understand the allure because sometimes it looks like a harder day job than working for corporate..?
