It would be great to hear what inspired people to join the Protection industry? Was it money, opportunty following the lead of others? I entered the industry upon leaving the forces. A lot of my peer group had embarked on a career path within the industry so I carried out my research getting the feedback of others and made the decision to enter. There were many factors in my decision, the fact that many of my previous colleagues had entered paired with being able to use some of the skills I had learnt within the military in a different capacity along the financial opportunities appealed to me. What attracted you?
